Empowering our community by bridging communication amongst our neighbors.

The World Language Center is organized to provide education, tutoring, and mentorship for adolescent and adult members of the public who are interested in learning or advancing their foreign language skills, in order to achieve greater cross-cultural understanding and enhance communication among its members of the community. WLC approaches this endeavor with hopes of thriving in this community and possibly inspiring more.

Participating students will be offered advantageous skills of communication that will equip them with societal balance and security in their future careers. WLC will support students by offering linguistic classes that correlate with their current school requirements, bridging social and academic learning and communication.

My goal is to equip patrons with cognitive skills, diverse culture awareness, and bridge communication gaps among community members. The World Language Center of Des Moines provides a multicultural learning environment that facilitates teaching languages of Spanish, English as a Second Language, English Language Learners, and, other predominant foreign languages utilized in Des Moines community.
